What are Physical NFT Products?

Our Physical NFT Products are unique items that innovatively combine digital art and customized physical objects. When you purchase, you acquire an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) with a unique digital identity, and this NFT comes with a specially customized physical item. Please note that the physical item is an accessory to the NFT, and the NFT itself is the core digital asset you are purchasing.

How does the Store Operation Process Work?
  • Browse and Purchase NFT: On our platform or designated NFT marketplaces, you can browse and purchase our exclusive physical NFT products. Each NFT will clearly display a preview of its associated customized physical item.
  • Exclusive Physical Rights:Only the first batch of buyers for a specific NFT will be entitled to receive its associated customized physical item. This design aims to reward our earliest supporting collectors and users.
  • Customization and Production: After your successful NFT purchase and confirmation of shipping information, we will initiate the exclusive production process based on the design of the customized physical item associated with the NFT. As each physical item is custom-made, this process will take some time.
  • Logistics and Delivery:After the physical product is produced, we will determine the corresponding international air logistics for distribution according to different countries.
  • Owning Digital and Physical: Upon receiving the physical item and confirming the NFT transaction, you will simultaneously own the unique digital NFT and your exclusive customized physical artwork.
What is the Return and Exchange Policy?

All of the following policies are based on the fact that your exclusive NFT has not been redeemed. If the NFT has been sent to your wallet, we may not do anything about your order.

Due to the unique and customized nature of our products, our return and exchange policy differs from traditional goods. Please read carefully:

Returns and exchanges of NFT itself:

  • NFTs are digital assets. Once you complete a purchase and confirm the transaction, the NFT itself generally does not support returns or exchanges.** This is based on the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the unique characteristics of NFTs.
  • Before purchasing, please thoroughly verify all NFT information, including its on-chain identifier, associated physical preview images, and description.

Returns/Exchanges for Customized Physical Items:

  • The customized physical item is an accessory to the NFT and is exclusively for the first batch of buyers. Therefore, once customization begins, we generally do not accept return or exchange requests due to personal preference, size discrepancies (unless measurement information was incorrect), or a change of mind.

Quality Issues or Shipping Damage:

  • If the customized physical item you receive has obvious quality issues (non-human damage) or is severely damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately within 3 business days]of receiving the item, providing clear photo or video evidence.
  • Upon our verification and confirmation that it is a quality issue or shipping damage, we will take responsibility. We may re-produce and send you an identical customized physical item (if conditions permit) or offer other solutions. Please understand that as these are customized items, we generally cannot facilitate an "exchange" for a different style, but rather remedy the existing issue.
  • Under no circumstances will we issue a separate refund for the physical item, as it is an accessory to the NFT.

  • If you need to apply for remedies due to quality issues or transportation damage, please submit the content through the "Problem Feedback" form on this page. Please include your order number, problem description and relevant photos in the email.



How long will it take to receive my customized physical item?

Due to the custom and intricate nature of each physical item, from the moment you purchase the NFT and confirm your information until the item is produced and shipped, it typically takes 2-4 weeks of time. The exact time may vary depending on the complexity of the product and current order volume. Once the physical item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Where can I view the NFT I purchased?

Your purchased NFT will be stored in your digital wallet. You can view and manage your owned NFTs on OpenSea by connecting your wallet.

NFT Redemption - FAQ

What is the NFT Redemption Center?

The NFT Redemption Center is your platform to claim the digital collectible (NFT) associated with your purchase at NFASHOP, using the exclusive redemption code you received. Simply enter your code and wallet address, and we will send the NFT directly to your blockchain wallet.

How do I redeem my NFT?
  • Locate your unique redemption code.
  • Enter the redemption code in the designated field on this page.
  • Input your blockchain wallet address where you wish to receive the NFT (please double-check carefully).
  • Click the "Submit for review" button and confirm your submission.
  • Our system will send the NFT to your wallet as soon as possible after verification.
Do I need a cryptocurrency wallet to receive an NFT?

Yes, you will need a cryptocurrency wallet that is compatible with the blockchain network our NFT is issued on (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, etc.; please refer to the product description for specifics). We recommend self-custodial wallets like MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or Trust Wallet.

Why must my wallet address be correct? What if I enter it incorrectly?

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once an NFT is sent to the address you provide, we cannot recall or change it. If the address is incorrect, your NFT may be lost and unrecoverable. Therefore, please double-check your wallet address carefully before submitting.

How many times can a redemption code be used?

Each redemption code is unique and can only be used once. Once successfully redeemed, the code will become invalid.

Do I need to pay Gas fees to redeem my NFT?

Typically, NFASHOP covers the Gas fees for minting the NFT and its initial transfer to your wallet. However, if you later wish to transfer the NFT from your wallet to someone else or sell it on a marketplace, you will be responsible for any associated blockchain transaction Gas fees.

How long does it take to redeem an NFT?

After submitting the exchange request, our system will verify and send it as soon as possible. Usually after the review is passed, the NFT will arrive in your wallet within 24-48 hours, including the review time, and you can check the transaction status in your wallet.

Does my redemption code have an expiration date?

Some redemption codes may have an expiration date. Please refer to your product description or the terms and conditions provided with your code. It is recommended that you complete your redemption as soon as possible after receiving the code.

What should I do if I encounter an issue during the redemption process?

If you encounter any issues during the redemption process, such as an invalid code, NFT not arriving, or technical glitches, please contact our customer support team immediately. Please provide your redemption code, order number, and a detailed description of the problem so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
